Ending a design registration that has been deemed invalid. Revocation usually only occurs in the following scenarios: (a) after a formal hearing about registrability; (b) after a formal hearing about ownership issues; (c) a formal surrender by the owner. Revocation will only occur after the relevant parties have been given an opportunity to be heard at a hearing.
