“service centers”

Jurisdiction: United States United States

Service centers adjudicate applications that have been filed by mail, electronically, or with a USCIS Lockbox. Service centers do not provide in-person services, conduct interviews, or receive walk-in applications or questions. USCIS has 6 service centers: California, HART (Humanitarian, Adjustment, Removing Conditions, and Travel Documents), Nebraska, Potomac, Texas, and Vermont.
